Based in Portsmouth, England, ilovedust's client list includes Nike and UPS. Though Insomniac had heard 'safer' pitches from artists it knew, the team was impressed with the quality of ideas ilovedust offered. One of Microsoft's art directors recommended the studio. 'It was clear from the beginning that understood the spirit of the game,' Smith says.
